Adding notes to conversations

Sometimes, a message might need input from another team member, or you might want to think it over before answering.

With the Note feature, you can add internal notes to a conversation for teamwork or your own reminders, making sure nothing is missed. This helps in working together smoothly and getting ready before replying.

To add a note to a conversation, simply click the Note button, type your note, and hit enter to add it!
