Our AI Chatbot is not limited to your knowledge base content; it can be trained with external sources like webpages, PDFs, and text. Here's how you can enhance its capabilities:
Train your AI Chatbot with your Knowledge Base
To start training your AI Chatbot,
go to AI Chatbot section at your dashboard and navigate to the Data Sources (Train AI) tab.
Your knowledge base content will automatically listed here. Select the articles you want to train your AI and click Train Articles button.
Training process usually takes few minutes to complete, it might took
longer depending the numbers of your articles. When training is done,
you will see Trained label next to your articles.
Crawl a Webpage to Train Your AI Chatbot
Allow your AI Chatbot to answer customer questions using information from the crawled webpage. To crawl a webpage, go to Data Sources (Train AI) section and navigate to the Webpages tab, then click to the Crawl a Webpage button.
Simply enter a title for the source and enter the URL, then click Train AI button.
When training is done, you will see Trained label next to crawled webpage.
Upload a PDF File to Train Your AI Chatbot
Enable your AI Chatbot to provide answers based on information extracted from PDF files.
To train your AI Chatbot with a PDF File, go to Data Sources (Train AI) section and navigate to the PDF tab, then click to the Upload a PDF File button.
Simply title your PDF file and click Select File to upload the PDF file, then click Train AI button.
When training is done,
you will see Trained label next to the PDF File.
Add Text Content to Train Your AI Chatbot
Empower your AI Chatbot to answer customer queries using information from provided text. To train your AI Chatbot with text content, go to Data Sources (Train AI) section and navigate to the Text tab, then click to the Add Text Content button.
Simply title your Text Content and enter your text to the Content section. When you are ready, click Train AI button.
When training is done,
you will see Trained label next to the Text content you've provided.
