To change the default language of your Knowledge Base, follow these simple steps:
Adding a New Language
Start by adding the language you want to set as the default. Go to your Knowledge Base settings and navigate to the Languages tab. Choose the language you prefer from the available options.
Publishing the New Language
Once you've added the new language, ensure to publish it. Simply navigate to the Languages tab, select the newly added language, and click Publish Now. This step activates the language, making it visible to your users.
Setting as Default
After publishing the new language, return to the Languages tab, select the newly added language, and click Set as default – that's it!
After you set a new language as default, you can optionally delete the default English language.
