Setting Availability for your agents and chat widget

Let your customers know your working hours.

If someone wants to contact you outside of your working hours, our chatbox will let them know when you'll be back. You can also set your working hours so the chatbox won't appear to users outside of those times.

This way, customers know when to expect a reply, and you can manage your availability more efficiently.

Setting Working Hours

To set your working hours please navigate to the Availability section.

Using Chatbox Settings, you can adjust the visibility of the chatbox based on your availability. Additionally, we will utilize your timezone to calculate the time difference between you and your customers.

Hide Your Chatbox Out of Working Hours

To hide your chatbox out of working hours, simply tick it and save changes.
