You can easily view the conversations between the AI Chatbot and your customers. This allows you to review your AI Chatbot's replies and assess its performance.
To review the conversation history of the AI Chatbot, visit the AI Chatbot section on your dashboard and navigate to the Conversation History tab.
You will see the latest conversations between AI Chatbot and your customers here, simply Select a conversation to view messages.
