Live Support Agent (Operator) Settings for Chatbox

To customize your Agent for the Chatbox, simply go to Chatbox from your dashboard and navigate to the Settings tab.

In the Settings tab, you'll find the Agent (Operator) settings. You can customize the title and subtitle for your Agent.

You will see an instance of your current chatbox. You can preview each change you made in the Settings tab. Once satisfied, click to the Save Changes button.
